Chapter 1

Andros’ parents

Disclaimer: I only own the kids and Andros’ parents and other relations by blood. Nothing else. Zhane is alive. I do not own Kool-aid.

Summary: We meet Andros’ parents. That’s the whole plot. We already met Ashley’s parents.

Kiya went to her father. “Dad?”

“Yes, Kiya?”

“Will we ever meet your parents?”

“I don’t know, Kiya. To tell you the truth, I was never contacted and told that they had been killed, but if it’s taken them this long to find me, then they probably are.”

Little did the ex-Ranger and his cousin/daughter know, his parents were indeed looking for them.

At the orphanage, a blonde-haired man with dark streaks in his hair and a blonde woman were asking Ms. Hilda “Where did you send Kiya? Where does her adoptive family live?”

“311 Ash ford Drive.”

“Thank you.”

The couple went to their car, which the man had built by himself. It looked strange, but it worked. It ran on unleaded gas, and had a mini-D.E.C.A. on it.

The man and his wife got in the car. The man turned on the engine, and a small red light came on the dashboard.

“D.E.C.A., find 311 Ashford Drive. We finally get to see our son after all these years.”

“Yes, sir, Captain Vulcan.”

The car drove itself to Ashley and Andros’ house.

“Here we are, Captain Vulcan.”

“Thank you, D.E.C.A.”

The captain and his wife got out and went to the door. The captain knocked.

A girl lifted one of the blinds. Korinne was surprised to see her sister-in-laws eyes. (It was Kiya who looked.)

They heard what was going on in the house.

“Dad, there’s a man and woman on the front step. The guy has striped hair like you, ‘cept it’s shorter.”

“Does the woman have blonde hair?”

“Yes, sir.”

They heard a man get off the couch and come over. Drerick saw his own eyes peek out the window. The door was thrown open.

“Mom! Dad! What are you doing here? How did you find us? How did you survive? Won’t you come in?”

Drerick and Korrine laughed as they came in.

“How did you survive, Andros?” Drerick asked, hugging his son.

“He is a Kerovan Ranger and your son, Drerick.”

“True enough.”

Korinne hugged her son. Drerick went over to the couch, where Kiya still sat. She moved to the side.

Andros turned to her.

“Kiya, you asked when you would meet my parents. Well, this is your uncle Drerick and your aunt Korinne.”

Kiya moved toward her uncle. “The same one who practiced his telekinesis for an hour everyday?”

“And my telepathy.” Drerick said.

“The one and the same. Mom, Dad, you have to meet your daughter-in-law and the rest of your grandchildren.”

“We have grandchildren?” Korinne asked.

“Yes, Ma’am. Six more from this man.” Kiya said, hugging her uncle.

“Six? Wow, son. You’ve been a little busy.”

“Well, you had two kids, and Karone and Zhane have Kelly, Kathy, Leonard, Leland, Zhane, jr., Kerensa, and Lloyd.”

“I knew we could have had more, but after we adopted Zhane and Karone was kidnapped, we were afraid to bring up any more children.” Korinne said.

“Ashley, Andrew, Darnell, Vera, Atarrah! I have some people I want you to meet!” Andros called.

Ashley came in, carrying Alexander and Alexandria. Darnell led the others in.

“Oh, Andros. Such beautiful children.”

“Kerovan blood makes beautiful children, Korinne.” Drerrick said.

“And they’re all yours.”

“Mom, Dad, I’d like you to meet my wife, Ashley Hammond Vulcan, and my children, Alexander, Alexandria-the twins- Andrew, Vera, Darnell, and Atarah.” Andros said, pointing to each of his children as he introduced them.

“You’ve already met our cousin, Kiya, Breck and Kathrine’s only child.”

“Andros, how did you two meet? How old are the children? How did you survive the last attack on KO-35 that devastated the planet and forced everyone to leave?” Drerrick asked.
